Experience Journal

The Experience Journal gives students an opportunity to reflect on the skills they have gained during their time at Ball State University. Using the framework of NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) students will be asked to journal about where they practiced 8 key competencies both inside and outside of the classroom.

Emens Outstanding Senior Award                  

Each year, we select one student for the John R. Emens Award. This honor recognizes the most outstanding senior student for their cumulative record of co-curricular achievement, leadership, and contributions to Ball State University during their undergraduate years.

Campus Safety Response and Reports

Campus safety is our priority. An informed community is a safer community. Each year we compile reports to update the community on safety and security related issues including policies, procedures and resources. Together, we can create a safe campus community.

Master’s Degree

Are you interested in a career in Student Affairs? Our staff play a critical role in student success by working in academic and student support services at colleges and universities. Our faculty in the Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education (SAAHE) program prepare students with a comprehensive understanding of the current issues college students face. By working closely with experienced faculty who are highly regarded researchers, while gaining hands-on experience as a graduate assistant in one of the Student Affairs and Enrollment Planning and Management areas, graduates of the SAAHE program go on to enjoy fulfilling careers
