Project Management
Managing a sponsored project from beginning to end can be overwhelming. You've been awarded and now have the research to manage along with the finances, other research personnel, reporting, and additional demands from your sponsor. Effective project management will be able to help you meet your research goals and keep a handle on the other moving pieces along the way!
