Henry O. Hall

Henry Hall was appointed by Gov. Eric Holcomb to the Ball State University Board of Trustees in June 2019. He serves as the chair of the Finance, Facilities, and Planning Committee.

Trustee Henry O. Hall graduated from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business in 1993 with a B.S. degree in finance with a concentration in accounting. Hall played football for the Cards from 1988 to 1992 where he served one year as Co-Captain. Hall was a two-time first-team All-MAC player at the defensive end position as well as a two-time first-team Academic All-MAC player. He serves his alma mater as a board member for the Ball State university Foundation and the Alumni Council.

Hall began his professional career in banking holding several key positions in corporate lending, leasing, and community development. Hall founded The Financial Growth Firm, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in finance & accounting, capital procurement, wholesale/retail distribution, and business growth strategies catering to entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, and athletes. In 2012, Hall was appointed President of Skytech Products Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of control systems for the hearth, heating, and cooling industries.

In addition to his business success, Trustee Hall has served his community, including board positions with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and the Fort Wayne Urban League. Hall has given back to Ball State, with both his time, talent, and his treasure. In the Miller College of Business, he has served on the Executive Advisory Board, including its vice-chair, and the college’s Strategic Planning Committee. He is a member of the Northeast Indiana Alumni Chapter and Black Alumni Constituent Society. He is a member of the Cardinal Varsity Club and an avid fan of Ball State football. Most importantly he has been an outstanding advocate for our students and their transition from college to career.

Trustee Hall is a resident of Fort Wayne and has three children, Danin, Tattenai, and Hannibal.
