Henry O. Hall joined the Board of Trustees in 2019.
Trustee Hall, a Fort Wayne resident, earned his bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in accounting in 1993. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he played on the football team, including a stint as co-captain.
His professional background includes finance, accounting, capital procurement, wholesale and retail distribution, and business growth strategies and processes. Since 2012, he has been president of Skytech Products Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of control systems for the hearth, heating, and cooling industries.
In addition to his business success, Trustee Hall has served his neighbors, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and the Fort Wayne Urban League, and he has given back to Ball State, with both his time and his treasure. In the Miller College of Business, he has served on the Executive Advisory Board, including its vice chair, and the college’s Strategic Planning Committee. He is a member of the Northeast Indiana Alumni Chapter and Black Alumni Constituent Society, and he has spoken to students about the transition from college to career. He is a member of the Cardinal Varsity Club and an avid fan of Ball State football.
Trustee Hall has three children, Danin, Tattenai, and Hannibal.
