What Does It Mean to Report?
User reports guide crucial improvements to our digital content and resources. The University takes all reports of accessibility issues very seriously and aims to address them promptly. If you come across an accessibility issue on any of the University’s webpages, we encourage you to report it.
Reporting Process and Form
To report an issue, please fill out an Accessibility Issue Request Form.
To fill out the form, you'll need to know:
- The page title or URL where the issue occurred
- A short description of the accessibility issue, including what you were trying to do when the issue occurred
