It focused solely on providing leadership, personal development, and skills-based training opportunities to faculty and staff in higher education.     Regarding the Shafer Leadership Academy: The primary focus is to assist you in expanding your leadership abilities and unlocking your maximum potential. However, lacking a straightforward method for development might mean overlooking opportunities to create a meaningful influence.

    SLA recognize the challenges of fostering exceptional leaders independently. Annually, SLA facilitate leadership training for 3000 individuals via a diverse leadership programs. These efforts reverberate across various sectors, encompassing higher education, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, and non-profit organizations

  • UDemy: Consolidating essential workplace proficiencies alongside technical subjects, encompassing study materials for more than 200 widely acknowledged certifications, this comprehensive catalog facilitates holistic professional growth across various languages, offering all the necessary skills in a single location.
