Learning and Development Classes

To help support regional professional development needs, Ball State’s Office of Learning and Development and the Office of Community Engagement offer high-value, low-cost training for employees of East Central Indiana businesses and organizations.

Training sessions focus on improving communication and productivity within the workplace. Topics have included emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and supervisory skills.

Format

Sessions are held throughout the year. Most sessions are in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center.

Metered parking is available in the Student Center parking structure, just south of the Student Center.

Cost

$20 per person, per session
