Maplewood Guest House is open to students from the Indiana University School of Medicine who have been approved to stay at Maplewood while completing their clerkship at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital or other Muncie area hospitals or medical clinics.

Bring your personal care items, clothes, and anything else you normally use on a daily basis. We will provide bedding and towels for your private bedroom and bathroom. A dresser and flat screen TV are provided in each guest room.

Yes! There is a common kitchen for all residents to use, complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, and coffee. We provide pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We are close to grocery stores for you to purchase your own grocery items. And there is plenty of kitchen storage for your food items.

A washer and dryer are available on site, free of charge. You will need to bring your own laundry supplies.

There is a parking lot at the rear of the house for residents to park, free of charge. Residents will be issued a parking permit upon move-in.

All bedrooms have cable and Wi-Fi access, free of charge. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire house.

Our third floor includes a lounge complete with desktop computers and access to a printer. This space also includes a large-screen TV with cable access. Our residents also enjoy access to the pool table in the lounge.

All overnight guests must be registered with the manager and must be accompanied by the resident at all times.

No. Pets are not permitted at Maplewood Guest House.
