Join us for this lunch and learn style session where we will explore sleep hygiene practices that can improve both sleep quantity and quality, helping you feel more energized, focused, and resilient throughout the day. Participants will learn how sleep affects mood, productivity, and physical health, as well as common barriers that disrupt rest.This session is a part of our Self Care for You Spring 2026 series. These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology and Counseling.  Lunch and Learns are held on Monday at 12:00pm over Zoom.
