Enjoy a performance from faculty members Michael Seregow, piano, and Mihoko Watanabe, flute, alongside guest artist Jessica Raposo Coleman!
This event highlights the music of Japanese composer Hikaru Suzuki, whose engaging and accessible compositions draw on the harmonic language of J-pop while remaining rooted in contemporary classical traditions. The program also features a newly composed work for flute, piccolo, and piano by Daniel Dorff, offering audiences a fresh and vibrant addition to the flute repertoire.
Together, these works celebrate the distinctive artistic voices of two leading contemporary composers and provide an engaging concert experience for audiences of all backgrounds.

Parking
Parking is available in the McKinley Parking Garage (entrance on Ashland Avenue) located immediately south of Sursa Hall. On weekdays, metered parking is available on the first floor of the garage until 7 p.m. at which time parking is free. This garage is free on weekends.
