About Danielle Bratton
Dr. Danielle Bratton is an Assistant Professor in Special Education with over 22 years of experience in applied behavior analysis across clinical, educational, and organizational settings. Her work focuses on translating behavior science into usable, ethical, and sustainable practices across real-world systems.
Her scholarship examines how behavior-analytic principles are communicated, taught, and applied in higher education and community contexts. She is particularly interested in dissemination, instructional design, professional skill development, and health-related behavior change, with emphasis on nontraditional and home-based learning environments.
Professional Experience
Dr. Bratton has held leadership and faculty roles in higher education and has worked with individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through older adulthood. Her professional experience spans applied behavior analysis, educational and school-based consultation, organizational behavior management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has served individuals with neurodivergence, developmental disabilities, dementia, mood and anxiety disorders, and individuals seeking to improve health-related behaviors.
