Through the payment portal you can:

  • Pay Band Fee
  • Order Apparel (Marching Band Members and Color Guard Members have separate requirements)
  • Order Pictures
  • Register for Family Day

Download and print music

Ball State email address and password required. Check back as music folders may be updated throughout the summer. Color Guard find pregame work videos in the Pregame folder.

  • Print all music for your instrument for pregame, stand cheers, show 1, show 2, warm-ups, and vocal alma mater. You will bring this with you to camp.
  • Have all pregame music memorized when you arrive
  • Leaders will be in touch in late July about assigning parts
