Christopher Luchs earned his bachelor of business administration in finance from the University of Portland (1992), his master's degree in accounting from Willamette University (1996), and his doctorate in accounting from Kent State University (2003).
Before joining Ball State's accounting faculty in 2006, Luchs was an assistant professor of accounting at Marshall University (2002-2006) and a teaching fellow at Kent State University (1998-2002).
