Dr. Devin Chatterji is a Teaching Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at Ball State University with more than 20 years of industry experience spanning analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Ball State, he held leadership positions in healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, and technology organizations and has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in business analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and data science. His research interests include applied artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the strategic management of AI-enabled organizations.
