The Department of Construction Management and Interior Design provides academic programs that use hands-on learning and close contact with professionally experienced faculty to prepare our students for highly demanded professions in growing industries.
As part of the R. Wayne Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning, our students collaborate with their classmates across programs, learning about not only their own fields, but how they interact with architecture, landscape, architecture, urban planning, environmental design, and more.
Guided by advisory boards of industry professionals, our programs focus on preparing students to quickly respond to ever-evolving technology, demands for sustainability, and high-growth sectors like healthcare. All of our courses are complemented by out-of-class activities and opportunities, such as internships, student organizations, and travel around the country and world.
