Associate Professor of Art
John Ludwick has directed 2D and 3D animation television spots for Cartoon Network, PBS Kids, TNT, Toon Disney and many others. John won Gold and Bronze Broadcast Design Awards (BDA) while working for the animation studio Primal Screen in Atlanta, GA. He created and storyboarded the SIGGRAPH Electronic Theatre short "Road to San Antone" in 2003; and the independent short "Baguira” screened at Brazil’s 2003 Anima Mundi festival. His 20-minute animated short "Claire and The Keys” won 8 of 15 "Best of” nominations at film festivals around the world, including screenings in Hollywood, New Zealand, Germany, and London.
