Jackie Lutzke
Academic Advisor
Hi, I'm Jackie! I work with first-year students, many in the College of Architecture and Planning, and I love helping students find their footing in college. Before joining Ball State, I spent more than 15 years in education, learning and development, consulting, and coaching, experiences that continue to shape how I support students today. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I enjoy helping students recognize their talents and use them to pursue meaningful academic, career, and personal goals. I live in the Irvington neighborhood of Indianapolis with my family and pets. Outside of work, you'll find me reading, growing native plants, listening to indie music, cheering for the Detroit Tigers, or tackling a house project.
