Potential Student Project(s):
I would like a student to help me find and process essential scholarly articles on emotional intelligence. I would expect the student to help me develop an annotated bibliography on the topic.
Attributes/skills/background sought in undergraduate:
A student who is dependable, curious, creative, and willing to receive and give feedback!
Mentoring Plan:
I commit to meeting with the student once a week for one hour at a time. For the remaining time of the week, I would give 2 or 3 concrete tasks to the student to work on. I like to collaborate via OneDrive and email in the meantime. I would provide student with a template for how I'd like the literature processed and outlined. Students are expected to work 5 hours a week, including a 1-hour long meeting with their mentor.
