If you are a student registered with the Office of Disability Services or an employee that has been approved for accommodations through Human Resources you can call the Demand Response dispatch line for a ride. Guest and visitors can call the Office of Disability Services for short term ride approval.

These rides must be scheduled a minimum of 30 minutes in advance of when the service is needed.

Riders who no longer need the service are required to cancel the trip at least five minutes ahead of the requested time for service.

To cancel a trip call, 765-285-9045. Repeat incidents of failure to show for a scheduled ride without a cancellation of service could result in a suspension of ridership privileges. Please see the No-Show Policy here.

To go off campus you must get pre-approval through either the Office of Disability Services or Bus Operations.
