In compliance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (December, 2024) and Indiana HB 1380 (July 1, 2024), Ball State publishes a public report of hazing incidents in which a student organization (broadly defined including but not limited to teams, clubs, societies, fraternal organizations, performing groups, etc., associated with Ball State) is found responsible for a hazing violation.
Those reports are found below with the most recent at the top. These reports are summaries of the investigation, findings, and sanctions imposed, and do not include names or other identifying information of individuals. Reports are labeled with the name of the organization and the semester and year of the investigation and adjudication.
