10 Things to Know

University Offices are closed for Days of Beneficence from December 24, 2024-January 1, 2025. The campus will open again on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 8 a.m. Please note that any and all emails and questions will be answered in the order they were received. However, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days from January 2, 2025 to address all concerns received during the break.

Check your unofficial transcript before ordering official transcripts to make sure all grades are posted and/or your degree has been posted.

You may still order transcripts through Parchment during Days of Beneficence. These orders will be processed through Parchment. If you are expecting to see a degree listed on your transcript, please check your unofficial transcript before placing your order.

Transcripts ordered through Self Service Banner will be printed and mailed on or after January 6, 2025.

Planning on graduating? Check your degree status in DegreeWorks or your unofficial transcript in Self Service Banner before ordering official transcripts. Degrees are awarded in multiple sessions. Once it has been confirmed through Advising, your degree will be placed on the next awarding date.

Degree Awarding Dates:

• December 20, 2024
• January 3, 2025
• January 8, 2025
• January 10, 2025
• January 17, 2025
  • Please note that all incomplete grades should be resolved before 4:59 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025 to have your degree rolled for the Fall 2024 term.

Enrollment Verifications will be available starting 01/06/2025. Any emails received before that date will not be processed until after 01/06/2025.
