Scope of Work

Work of the project include, but not limited to:  Modernization of an existing bank of 2 traction elevators in a 4-car group, including replacing of drive machines, ropes, controllers, governors, safeties, car stations, hall stations, door operators, and traveling cables.Alterations include Code compliance improvements for ADA accessibility, fire alarm system modifications, electrical system modifications, car controls, and pit equipment.Controls include provision for Owner-provided access control devices and in-car video.

ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $900,000.00

ANTICIPATED START DATE: September 29, 2025
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE:  April 1, 2026
