Scope of Work
F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company is the CMc, please contact Shari Bernhardt at ShariBernhardt@fawilhelm.com with inquiries regarding use of the Building Connected Project Site.
Bid Event # 4 - Building 2, the project will include the renovation of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection of the AC/MU/TH complex building. Work includes selective demolition, structural work, architectural finishes, mechanical equipment replacement, lighting, and electrical systems, plumbing fixtures and installation of new fire suppression system.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $15,540,826.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: August 1, 2025
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: December 18, 2026
