Sessions during the Summit have been set up as Zoom Rooms. Unlike Zoom Webinars, you will have the ability to unmute your camera and microphone when desired and prompted. We ask that you keep your audio muted at all times, except for during open discussion periods. We will not be recording any of the sessions. We encourage attendees to engage with us as much as possible during the live event.

Zoom Bomb Protocol
In the instance that a Zoom bomb occurs, a Summit Planning Team Member will immediately shut down the compromised Zoom room. A new Zoom room will be created and distributed to attendees through email and the Summit Slack Channel.
