Fund #461 Dr. Robert O. Foster and Allen L. Williams Scholarship Fund
The Black Alumni Council established the Dr. Robert O. Foster and Allen L. Williams Scholarship Fund to carry forward the vision and values embodied by Dr. Foster and Mr. Williams. Their lives remind us that progress is built through leadership, service, advocacy, and unwavering commitment to uplifting others. Through the fund, the spirits of Dr. Foster and Mr. Williams continue to guide, inspire, and uplift generations of Ball State Cardinals. Four scholarships are awarded annually to members of the Black Student Association of Ball State University based on service, merit, and financial need.
