Tickets for Ball State University’s 2026-27 Emens Auditorium season will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, offering audiences a lineup of Broadway productions, concerts, comedy, family entertainment, and other live performances at Emens Auditorium and Pruis Hall.
Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster, at the Emens Box Office, 1800 W. Riverside Ave., or by phone at 765-285-1539. The complete season schedule is available on the Emens Auditorium events website.
The season begins with Rhinestone Cowgirls: Legendary Ladies of Country Music at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at Pruis Hall.
Featuring three singers performing fresh arrangements of classic and contemporary country hits, Rhinestone Cowgirls celebrates the women who have shaped the genre from its early years through today.
The performance includes songs associated with Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, Loretta Lynn, Martina McBride, and Carrie Underwood, including “Crazy,” “Stand By Your Man,” “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” “Independence Day,” and “Last Name.”
“This season reflects the remarkable range of genres Emens Auditorium and Pruis Hall bring to our campus and community,” said Cristina Goletti, dean of Ball State’s College of Fine Arts. “From Broadway productions and acclaimed musicians to comedy, family entertainment, and engaging programs for audiences of all ages, each performance offers an opportunity to come together and experience the energy of live performance.”
The season’s five-show Artist Series features:
- Clue—Oct. 5
- The Wiz—Oct. 15
- Waitress—March 16
- One Night of Queen—March 30
- Shucked—April 24
Artist Series subscriptions provide patrons with the same seats for all five productions at the series’ best prices. Returning subscribers may renew their existing seats or select from the next-best available seating.
The broader 2026-27 season also includes Late Nite Catechism on Sept. 26; Wakka Wakka’s Dead as a Dodo on Nov. 4; Wild Kratts LIVE 2.0 on Nov. 13; Broadway in Love on Nov. 20; comedian Josh Sneed on Jan. 14; Carpenters on Jan. 27; Forjoury on Feb. 19; Jazz at Lincoln Center’s World on a String on Feb. 23; and National Geographic’s Monarchs on April 27.
Several performances will be held at Pruis Hall, while others will take place at Emens Auditorium. Patrons may also build a customized season package through the Pick 4+ option, which provides savings when selecting four or more eligible performances.
