Residence Hall

North West Residence Hall

North West Hall is the newest residence hall at Ball State University and opened at the beginning of the 2021-2022 academic year. North West houses around 500 residents and is home to the Design, Humanities, and Education Living-Learning Communities.

North West provides students with close access to North Dining Hall, the Jo Ann Gora Student Recreation and Wellness Center, three close-by residence halls, and several academic buildings.

This state-of-the-art residence hall has centralized air conditioning, free WIFI, a large fitness room, spacious lounges and study spaces, a game room, a music room, and a resource room featuring a variety of equipment and technology for use. The hall is coed and has semi-private bathrooms (a bathroom shared by a small number of students). Furniture within the hall is loftable, allowing students to truly tailor their living space.
