Ball State is partnering with the Indiana Immunization Coalition to expand availability of all CDC recommended vaccines and other immunizations, including annual flu vaccines.
Who: All students, employees, spouses, partners, dependents, and community members
Which vaccines: All CDC recommended vaccines for all ages, including Hepatitis A and B, Hib, DTaP/Tdap, Polio, MMR, Varicella, Meningitis, Pneumonia, HPV, Rotavirus, Shingles, RSV, and Flu
(availability and cost of the COVID-19 vaccine dependent upon anticipated guidance updates from the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices)
What to bring: Bring your immunization records (or the records for the individual getting vaccinated) and your health insurance card or a photo of your health insurance card (if you have one). Students who are not residents of Indiana should also bring their vaccine records. There is no cost for those without insurance (except for the Shingles and adult RSV vaccines).
