People and Culture invites you to attend one of the upcoming open forums to learn more about updates to the Classification Architecture and Compensation Project.
During Phase II, we have built the job classification framework, developed and validated a catalogue of unique jobs across the university, enhanced the point-factor system, and are finalizing competencies.
These open forums will provide an opportunity to learn more about the project's progress, hear about next steps, and ask questions.
