Please join Karen Adkins, Jason Reynolds and Brandon Clidence, in a discussion about planning food events on campus.  During the discussion Karen Adkins will discuss University Dining and University Catering being a unit of Business and Auxiliary Services as a pure auxiliary within the university, visitor conference cards for campus visitors and the food waiver process; Jason Reynolds will discuss University Catering and the steps in planning your next catered event; and lastly Brandon Clidence will discuss food safety and the requirement of the Temporary Event Service Form.  By the end of the session, participants will have a deeper understanding of what tools they need for planning a successful event on campus.
