Prolonged stress can take our mind off of the important responsibilities that we have in life including work, school, and relationships. This workshop will identify the effects of stress on the body and introduce grounding techniques to bring focus back to the present moment.
These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM via Zoom.
