Stephen Hall is co-founder of Tinker Coffee Co., a specialty coffee roaster founded in Indianapolis in 2014. After working in the wine industry, he discovered a passion for specialty coffee and launched the company with his brother-in-law, Jeff Johnson. Tinker Coffee Co. now operates five Indianapolis cafés, two locations at Indianapolis International Airport, and a growing e-commerce and wholesale roasting business throughout the Midwest.

This session will look at a brief history of housing at colleges and universities. The presentation pays close attention to the housing history of Ball State University and how this compares to the growth of housing operations at American Universities. The presentation includes a photo history of Ball State’s housing.
