Explore a variety of academic departments and majors at Ball State, tour the campus, and learn about our admission criteria, student life, scholarships, and financial aid. Registration opens about one month before each event. Space is limited, so sign up early.

  • Preview days for this spring are complete. Registration for Fall 2023 Preview Days will open in August.

Preview the academic, extracurricular, and social opportunities available at Ball State while gaining resources and information to guide you through high school and into college. Creating an inclusive environment for all students is imperative for building a successful college campus.

Experience what Ball State is like from the classroom perspective. You’ll get to attend two mock classes taught by faculty, engage with current students, and learn more about what's next in the admission process. While you’re in class, your family will attend informational sessions related to important topics and next steps in the admission process.

Celebrate your admission and learn more about Ball State with your family at this open house style event. You can explore your academic area of interest, speak with faculty, interact with current students, learn more about student life, tour the campus, and get answers to your admissions, orientation, and housing questions. Also pick up your official T-shirt!

Explore Ball State’s Honors College, the most comprehensive honors program in Indiana. Meet with the dean, speak with faculty, interact with current students, and visit a class. Learn how our distinctive experiences will prepare you for a career, engage with faculty from your academic area of interest, and take a campus tour. 

Our 2022 Honors Preview Day event has passed. To learn more about the Honors College, please register for a campus visit and request an academic appointment to meet with our Honors College faculty and staff.

Experience our campus, speak directly with faculty and current students, and see on-campus resources that make a Ball State education so valuable. Gain the tools and information you need to support your students in their college search and better advise them on the available options as they try to find the ideal college fit.

Registration for our 2023 Counselor Connection Day (Friday, November 17) will open in September 2023.

Spend time connecting with Miller College of Business faculty, staff, and students to gain an inside scoop at the support and experience you gain from earning a bachelor’s degree from our AACSB accredited programs. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with staff from the Transfer Center, tour our beautiful campus, and ask questions to current students.

Transfer students and their guests get the opportunity to speak with current students, learn about academic and student resources, and take a campus tour. It may also be possible to meet with an academic advisor to discuss credit transferability and learn more about your academic program.

As a prospective transfer student, you’ll get to take a campus tour, learn about campus resources, and speak with our academic programs to gain an overview of what your Ball State experience could be like.
