BIOGRAPHY
Anna Bradford oversees recruitment and admissions for international undergraduate and graduate students, as well as domestic graduate students at Ball State University. She enjoys embracing change, building meaningful relationships, and encouraging students to explore what's possible as they pursue their academic and career goals.
With more than 15 years of experience in international education, Anna has built her career around connecting people across cultures and expanding access to higher education. After spending five and a half years living and teaching English in Japan, she channeled her passion for intercultural exchange into helping students navigate their educational journeys. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Planning, Organization, and Leadership with a focus on Global Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has also volunteered and presented with a number of professional communities focused on international enrollment management.
When Anna returned to the United States, she made a promise to be a tourist in her own backyard and see as much of the country as possible. Whether close to home or halfway around the world, she loves discovering new trails, wandering through bookstores, trying local foods, and stopping to enjoy the view. She and her husband of over 10 years share their home with a chocolate Labrador retriever named Clove and a tortoiseshell cat named Kumi. Around Muncie, some of their favorite spots include Morrow's Meadow, Dumpling House, and the Farmers Market at Minnetrista.
