Undergraduate Scholarships
Collegewide scholarships
Awarded to students in the Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning.
The C. Eugene and Maybelle E. Hamilton Memorial Scholarship is given to students in the Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning with demonstrated financial need.
Uwe F. Koehler Memorial Scholarship is awarded to CAP students who are planning to travel to a German-speaking country and is working toward a minor or major in German. Funds may be used for travel expenses to those countries for the purpose of studying architecture.
The Mounayar Family Scholarship is awarded to a CAP student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated financial need.
The Polyark Scholarship Fund is awarded to students in architecture and planning to assist them in participating in the Polyark Program.
The award is available to incoming freshmen or transfer students pursuing a major within the Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning. Recipients should have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale and a minimum SAT score of 1500 on a scale of 2400 or the equivalent on a similar exam, such as the ACT. Students are eligible for the renewable scholarship for all four years if the student continues to meet the stated criteria. Learn more.

The Schmidt Associates Scholarship is awarded to juniors majoring in landscape architecture, urban planning, or architecture with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. You must demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development through leadership and participation in student and/or professional organizations and activities, as well as provide evidence of community involvement and service. Be on the lookout for an application form sent via email in March.
The LicketySplit Scholarship is awarded to a CAP student who has consistently displayed concern for fellow students and the community, a strong work ethic, and a personal philosophy of striving for excellence. We give preference to students with financial need. Faculty nominate students—you do not need to apply.
The Glen Sabados Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a CAP student who has consistently displayed concern for fellow students and the community, a strong work ethic, and a personal philosophy of striving for excellence. We give preference to students with financial need and out-of-state students (if a deciding factor is necessary). Faculty nominate students—you do not need to apply. The International Masonry Institute and International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Scholarship is awarded to architecture and planning students at the thesis level who participate and excel in the annual Masonry Design Competition.
