Be the voice of students as a member of the Teachers College Dean’s Advisory Council. The council is made up of student volunteers who meet with the Teachers College Dean and Associate Deans to provide input into current and new Teachers College initiatives. This respected group can also, at times, represent Teachers College at various networking and professional events.
Nominations
Membership is open to all Teachers College students, both undergraduate and graduate. If you would like to self-nominate for this important role, email Dr. Kendra Lowery, Associate Dean for Equity and Engagement by Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 5 p.m.

- Whether you are a graduate or undergraduate student.
- One paragraph explaining why you would like to serve on the council.
Meetings
The 2023-2024 meetings are on Wednesdays from 12 - 1 p.m. via Zoom on:
- September 27
- November 15
- February 14
- April 17
You will also meet as undergraduate or graduate groups during the meetings.
Attendance at the meetings is necessary for the council to serve its role.
