Acceptance of proposals does not exempt presenters from paying the full registration fee. The deadline for early registration is March 28th, 2025, 11:59 PM EDT. Late registration ends April 2nd, 2025, 11:59 PM EDT.
Registration fees are as follows:
Students/Community Members: $15 (early registration); $25 (late registration)
Professionals/Faculty: $30 (early registration); $40 (late registration)
Refunds will not be offered.
