Geoff Schomacker is the associate director for strategic development at the Indiana Communities Institute at Ball State University. Before joining the university, Schomacker was deputy director for the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. He earned an economic development finance professional (EDFP) certification from the National Development Council.
