Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows for Students
Currently enrolled students can download the latest Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus, free of charge. This software will remain available to you as long as you are enrolled in classes.
- Obtaining the Microsoft Office product of your choice is as easy as logging into your Ball State Outlook webmail, or downloading the mobile app version from your Microsoft, Apple or Android App Store. - Students who would like to purchase a Student Perpetual license to have a copy of current Microsoft software, including Office and Windows, may do so by visiting https://ballstate.onthehub.com. A Perpetual License gives you access to these products after graduation.
Adobe Creative Cloud for Students
Information Technology, in cooperation with Adobe, Inc., is offering currently enrolled Ball State students the opportunity to purchase a personal Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for $50/year, a discount of over 80% off the standard Student & Teacher plan.
- This annual subscription includes many standard Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and Dreamweaver, as well as many newer applications like Adobe XD, Spark, and Dimension, and access to all of Adobe’s mobile apps. The subscription also includes access to Adobe Fonts, Adobe Portfolio, and the Behance creative showcase and 100Gb of online storage for your creative projects.
