The Technology Store works closely with departments and units to assist with purchasing computers, tablets, and other devices for University business. Our knowledgeable staff is available to answer questions and help select the right products for your area's needs.

You can shop our products online via SciQuest or visit the Technology Store in person to try out our Apple and Dell display models.
If you plan to make a departmental purchase, please have your Ball State ID and the full FOAPAL to be used for the Journal Voucher (JV).
Department purchases are not eligible for vendor promotions or sales. Purchases being made with grant funds are required to be done via SciQuest.
Making a Purchase
Most technology items needed by departments are available for purchase via SciQuest. Through our online catalog, departments simply add desired item(s) to a cart and check out. If you don’t have access to SciQuest, contact your department’s Admin Coordinator for assistance.
If what you're looking for isn't available via SciQuest, the Technology Store team can assist in acquiring a quote for a custom configuration and step you through the ordering process.
To request a consultation or custom quote, please submit a request and one of our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist.
Receiving Your Order
Computers, iPads, or other devices that require setup are delivered to the UTS Desktop Support group. Once setup is complete, final delivery will be coordinated with the purchaser.
For all other items, the Technology Store will coordinate the delivery or pickup of your item(s).
If you have a question about the status of your order, submit a request and someone will get back with you with an update.
