Scope of Work
Work of the project include, but not limited to: Demolition of existing parking lots and Martin Street between University Ave and Ashland Ave., and new site improvements consisting of gas utilities, stormwater utilities, site electric, concrete curb/walks and unit pavers. Other site improvements include turf and landscaping, limestone bench seating, and site furnishings. Major scopes of work include Earthwork and Utilities, Site Electric, Concrete, Unit Pavers, and Furnishings. Each bid category is described in specification section 002413.
