Scope of Work
Work of the project include, but not limited to: Renovation of existing pond including pond de-watering and dredging, fish relocation, earthwork, erosion control, existing limestone wall salvage, cleaning, and resetting, new cast-in-place wall construction and limestone veneer stone, water feature system upgrades, and other work indicated in contract documents.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $500,000.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: July 6, 2026
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: October 30, 2026
