My Doctoral research explores professional empathetic practices between school administration and teachers in K-12 Public Schools. My broader interests are educational counseling leadership, student success, trauma informed practices, and college and career readiness initiatives. My work focuses on fostering student success through equitable, student-centered practices that promote personal growth, critical thinking, career readiness and meaningful engagement.
