Monica Coffey
Assistant Clinical Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics and Dietetic Internship Director
Monica Coffey graduated from Ball State University, earning both her MA and BS. She completed her dietetic internship rotations in medical nutrition therapy at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis and Riley Children's Health IU Health Charis Center for Eating Disorders, rotations in food service at Eskenazi Health, and, community rotations at Hamilton Southeastern Schools and American Dairy Association of Indiana. Mrs. Coffey held a variety of excellent practitioner experiences as a clinical dietitian for IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, as a staff dietitian for Anderson Community Schools, and most recently served as a dietitian at Selah House, Eating Disorder Treatment Center for the past 5 and 1/2 years. Mrs. Coffey will direct the Ball State Dietetic Internship for our graduate students and teach courses such as Life Cycle Nutrition and Personal Nutrition to our undergraduate students.
