You will need to enter:

Rides are free and serviced on a first-come, first-served basis during operational hours. Please be ready for your ride as soon as you submit your request.
The requestor must provide a cell phone number so the driver can reach you. If you leave an item on the Charter, please call UPD at 765-285-1111.
Terms of Service
Charlie's Charter provides free transportation on University-owned or controlled property. This service operates during the fall and spring semesters and follows the Bracken Library schedule.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Rides are strictly limited to main campus locations. For transportation to the stadium or overflow lots during these hours, please use the campus shuttle bus service.
- 11:00 PM Onward: Service to the stadium and overflow lots begins once the standard shuttle buses stop running.
Rider Conduct & Safety
- Passengers must remain respectful of the driver and fellow riders.
- Rude, profane, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- All riders must wear a securely fastened seatbelt. Anyone unable to meet this requirement will be asked to exit the vehicle.
- All drivers remain in constant communication with BSU Police Dispatch.
