Employees will need to authenticate
the link (see below) by using the employee's Ball State University
username and password (to verify you work for Ball State University),
after you get to the TMS system login page, you will use the TMS
username and password you create(d) which is separate and distinct from your Ball State University username and password. After you have created a TMS account you can use the Forgot your username or password?
link to access your TMS login information starting with using the email
you used for the creation of the profile (it is a 2 step process:
first use the top link to retrieve your username, then use the 2nd
bottom link to retrieve your
password reset link).
Note: Links on the internal posting page will become active for employees from Monday through Thursday and are updated daily via an integration. If in the event there is an integration issue and you don't see links to internal postings that should be there, the links will be manually posted below this paragraph.

How to solve "Your account is associated with LinkedIN" error when logging in.
The "New Hire Rate" and the "2 Year Rate" apply only to persons who were hired by the University into full-time service positions on or after April 1, 2010. Full-time bargaining unit employees who are interested in being considered for these vacancies must complete the internal bid sheet in the Talent Management System (TMS) within the four (4) day posting period (Monday at 12:01 a.m. through Thursday at midnight). Education and experience qualifications, as well as the duties and responsibilities of the jobs, may be reviewed in the system on the page prior to pushing "apply now".
