After years of planning, Ball State University has launched a comprehensive plan to revitalize The Village, the commercial district next to campus and IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. This revitalization plan is a collaborative public-private partnership involving city leaders and private development partners, including Fairmount Properties and Schahet Hotels.
The revitalized Village will feature new entertainment venues, as well as spaces for living, working, and dining. This improved district will create a vibrant corridor connecting our campus to downtown Muncie.
