Ball State University President Jo Ann Gora gave the keynote address to the Dubois County Area Development Corporation at its annual meeting Feb. 12. She told more than 140 audience members about the university's economic development efforts in Indiana through Building Better Communities and the Emerging Media Initiative. Afterward, she was interviewed by WBDC reporter Joe Lacay '08, former station manager at WCRD.
