Gifts totaling $70,000 from the Residential Property Management Advisory Board will benefit incoming freshmen and transfer students at Ball State University.

The Residential Property Management Advisory Board Merit Endowment Scholarship was established to provide scholarships to students in Ball State's residential property management program. To qualify, students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and an SAT score of 1,500 on the new scoring system.

The scholarship will be renewable for three years if the student maintains a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average.
