Gratitude is a powerful skill that can elevate your mood and encourage you to connect with others. Come and learn how to exercise your gratitude muscle!

These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM via Zoom.

After you register, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link and Outlook calendar invites for all sessions you requested.
