Move-in day marks the beginning of your experience at Ball State, filled with opportunities for growth, friendship, and academic achievement!

The morning of August 14 is for returning students on the Premium Plan. There will be an early arrival fee of $30 for first-year students who move-in on this date as it is a day before contracts start for AY 24-25.

Students will be able to move into their residence hall from August 14 - August 16 during their scheduled move-in appointment time frame. Every student living on campus needs to schedule a move-in appointment on the housing portal. Students are able to move-in past these dates if absolutely necessary. Please follow the link below to find out more information about move-in.
